We have made pre-reservations at special rates with the hotels listed below (location of hotels: please refer to “Location maps”). Please note that the reservations are made on a first-come-first-served-basis. All three hotels are located near the conference venue.

Please make your reservations as early as possible. Please find below information on the hotels and deadlines for the booking. For special rates refer to “EGRIE Seminar” when booking the rooms.
